Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear declaration by email to hello@eukidien.love.
It is sufficient to send your message before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Returning Goods

Please return items within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to:

The cost of returning goods is at your expense. Please use secure packaging and keep your shipping receipt.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• skincare or cosmetic products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons),
  
• items made to order or personalised,
  
• gift cards and sale items.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order immediately upon arrival.
Report transport damage, defective or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery via email to hello@eukidien.love.
After this period, compensation claims can no longer be considered.
