1 . Scope and Contract Formation

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via our online shop.
By placing an order, you make a binding offer.
A contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.

2. Prices, Payment and Retention of Title

All prices are stated in Euro (€), including VAT and excluding shipping.
Payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Shopify Payments.
Goods remain the property of EUKIDIEN until paid in full.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the parcel is handed over to DHL.

4. Withdrawal and Returns

The statutory right of withdrawal applies (see Section 2).
Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions (§§ 434 ff. BGB) apply.
We are only liable for intent or gross negligence.
Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

6. Allergies and Individual Reactions

Our products contain natural ingredients.
Please review the INCI list carefully before use.
EUKIDIEN accepts no liability for allergic reactions or personal intolerances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, photos, illustrations, design elements) is the intellectual property of EUKIDIEN.
Any reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Munich, where legally permissible.
If any clause is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses is not affected.
