Warm the oil between your palms and massage onto skin. Use as much as feels right — one pipette at a time, or a little more when your skin asks for it.
For best absorption, apply on damp skin straight after showering — or on wet skin in the shower for a cool, energizing finish.
You can also add a few drops to your body lotion or apply after movement or exercise to revive tired skin and muscles.
